Does anyone in the house have a property for sale in Admiralty way or around Lekki phase 1? The Client's prefered budget shouldnt exceed N50 Million for a regular 160m2 by 120 m2 property.

Prefered Description includes a duplex, 3 to 4 rooms minimum and a boys quarters.

@lawyer, truth is you are very unlikely to get anything for that price, so I would be very careful with what I am offered if I were you. You can't even get land in Lekki for N60m now, how much more with a property on it, and definitely not on Admiralty. If you are looking beyond Lekki say towards Jakande roundabout and downwards towards Ajah, yes there is, but not Lekki Estate. I'll give you a call in the morning and we can talk more.
