A gentleman paid 24m a year as rent for some years less than 3 months ago for someone else,not himself or family member,how about that?you live in a different world from mine
and you do business with different people from mine.
I don't and really don't care where you live and how you live,i live on the island and i know many persons that pay 239 thousand naira for two weeks in Ikoyi and V/i.
And i did not put the rent dues on that house;the owner who bought it for hundreds of millions and spent tens of millions to put it in super shape did.

I apologise. Please shealth your sword! You are right, we live in different worlds and i am really not taken aback by such a decision to rent a house for N20m p.a. If i have the money, i can do it as well. Go on marketing. All the best.
