Be careful what you ask for, because you may get it all and much more.
1+1=2
Simply arithmetics; right? but
20%+80%= car loan.
You give them your 20% first and they will finance the rest.
What prevents them from walking away with your 20% or you driving away with their 80%.
If there is no logical answer to this, you both need to protect your inestment
