I Need Your Help On Opera Mod 310

Please house,someone should kindly help how to browse with opera mod 310.I've previosly use mod 2.O6 on wy 3230 but stopped working.I learnt 3.10 is out i downloaded and installed it but the menu is written in Russian language.I don't know where to start from please help on the free browsing set up.My e-mail is Kehindeisiak2007@yahoo.com.I will realy appreciate your help.
