When I consider the scale to which real estate business can climb, I must say that mine is low level. We are property developers mainly dealing in the Lekki corridor on fast moving small scale properties. We are not selling for now. Hence the 20 year corridor. For this specific investment, we are building some mini flats and we hold the lease on some of the flats for 20 years. After 20 years, the property reverts to the land owner. You will enjoy this.
