How To Start A Cybercafe In Kenya

I am working through a proposal to establish a modern cybercafe in Kenya (to explore a relatively untapped area).
I need advice from Nairalanders who have been to Kenya/other eastern african countries.

I am looking @ startig something in Mombasa (have not been there though-plan to go asap).
