Borngreat, it is simple. With #18,000.00 I buy the phone, the data cable and software from the TELCOM e.g Reltel, Starcomms etc, depending on your choice of network, but availability of the signal in your area will be first considered. Then at the same time I will pay the internet connection fee at the TELCOM office for activation then back at your home or office I will configure your system for internet and, Man! You are brousing! All these are included in the money,#18,000.00. Just that.
And remember it is inconvenience and risky to carry your CPU arrond for configuration when somebody can do it at your home for you.

What you're paying for is the connection fee. The Monthly payment is going no where, you are going to pay for it.
