thanks for introducing this forum,
need a block of flats / Bungalow in surulere,
preferably Aguda/ Ijesha area,
also block of flats in Ebute metta
it's for my Clients,
even if it requires a lot of work, (as long as it's reasonably priced)
both for Purchase,
then i need 2bedroom flats to let, around yaba,
with rent of say 200k/pa. , inclusive of fees

thanks, but 'v got 1 already, but i now need a very small 1 even if its a tenement bungalow(face-me-i-face-u) specifically around Aguda/Ijesha budget of about 2-3M |

You have to be careful when selecting an agent to provide these services. Try and do as much home work as you can. There are a few site where you can get detailed bios of agents including their pictures and contact details. Just go to google and search for 'Nigerian Homes'.
