I know i argue uselessly sometimes, but here's what i came up with. The girl could really still be a virgin. Now correct me if i'm wrong. I won't bite u if i see that u make sense. lol Okay, to be a non-virgin, Your hymen has to be broken, through penetration of the male genital or as some people say 'sports'. You have to be A person who has not experienced sexual intercourse. To be pregnant, all u need is sperm entering you and getting to one of your ovaries/eggs/watever. I think she could be a virgin. Why? Because she might have never been penetrated with the male genital (that is had sex), but has somehow had sperm swam into her.
