Help! Need Software For Jvc Camcorder

hello guys, i hope i can get some help here, but yeah i got a camcorder from a friend (JVC model mumber GZ-MG20U) well she lost the installation software CD for it, and i thought it would be easy to get a free software on the net, anyways i spoke to the representative, and he told me i 'd have to pay $30 for a new CD, well am not tryng to be cheap but i don't want to pay for a CD that i might be able to get for free if i can, plus i have to wait for them to ship it.

The GZ-MG20U is the Model # for a JVC 20 GB Hard Disk drive camcorder.  I'm looking for the same thing!!  Just purchased one from Ebay and it doesn't have the software.
