How Do I Regain Confidence?

Hi Guyz:

I need your help. remember my post on this topic ''she is 29,i am30+'' saying i dnt want to disvirgin her cos am nt yet sure if i would want to end up with her or nt so dat she does nt feel taken advantage off n i dnt waste her time. we dated for just 6months.

ok, here is my challenge.  I could nt see us going far in this nt cos we ve problems or anything but i cant just feel it inside of me at all hence i made a decision to let go off her by talking things over with her. But ever since we broke up, she as not stopped frustrating me with calls, insults n all dat to the point of her saying she is going to sue me(obviously i lafed over this). with the kind of person i am, i dont like wahala at all n dats y i neva disvirgined her.

Now she has done it to a point that i am feeling my confidence in asking a lady out leaving me n i keep wondering if its a crime asking a lady out, cos i feel like the next lady may be this harsh as well.

usually i am not like this but again as we grow we learn n change in character.

Guyz n ladies wat do i do pls? just say it as it is. if i am being stupid dnt mix words just say it.
