There seems to be this notion that the guy has to pause as the sexual level increases to ask permission.

To Touch breast
Guy - Lover may I?
Girl - Yes, you may.

To Touch Nipples

Guy - Lover may I?
Girl - Yes you May.

To Put hands in undies
Guy - Lover may I?
Girl - Yes you may.

To slip fingers into  Lips sealed
Guy - Looooffaaaaaaa . .mmmmay. . . mmmmmmay. . . aaaaaaaah?
Girl - No you may not!

Come on!!! Let's be real now!

I know right! For me, the moment she slips off her dress and lies naked on my bed, I take that for a yes. Any other word moaned after that would be regarded as her expressing her pleasure.

heavy petting is different from full penetration.

Either way, its up to the man to decide if the girl/sex is worth the risk oh. ie does he want to find out if he'll be guilty or innocent should the lady scream rape. Undecided

The whole scenario is more of a problem for casual sex lovers anyway. It isnt something people in a committed relationship have to worry about.

Mailed straight to ma deposit box.
Only to be opened by ma solicitor if i get arrested for any sexual offence.
Some few years ago, girls went on a spree of locking men up by crying foul.
It was serious then in Manchester. Even ordeals of previous years were unearthed to put men in trouble.

like someone rightly said some people may so no as just an expression of pleasure, some may shout fire.it doesn't mean we need to call the firemen.

I propose that the woman should say," Please go down right now or this is regarded as rape " in an angry voice.
No may not be enough once you allowed him to go in

A man who is confident enough that she's the right gal or that he has her FULL consent shouldn't even be hiding a tape recorder.

I think the man should just understand NO means NO. Not "Oh let me try and seduce into going farther". I swear alot of men go by the R. Kelly doctorine: My mind is telling me no, but my body, my body is telling me yesssss!

Helen has received a lot of criticism from rape campaigners for her comment but one person is standing by her. Avedon Carol, author and co founder of Feminists Against Censorship says Mirren should be honoured for speaking so openly.

Like Mirren, Carol was 'date raped' by a former boyfriend, but did not press charges

The author and campaigner believes there is a refusal among rape campaigners to acknowledge that sometimes taking a case to court may do more harm than good.

"I think it is time people admitted that the idea you can always take these things to court is wrong.

"If it is your word against his, he isn't going to jail. You have to look at where these things really come from and get to the root of it to sort it out."
