Michy,
I would have asked why you want to do what most people would pray they can stop: gaining weight. However, I want to believe that you just want to gain a little weight. Excessive weight is bad because of a trailer load of reasons.
As a girl, as long as your metabolic rate is not high, you can do the following to gain a couple of ounces:
1. Increase your meat intake (go for extra meat each time you eat). Beef can do wonders. Suya, Keebab etc etc
2. Eat lots of braed and butter.
3. Chocolates can help too.
4. Lots of siesta (afternoon nap).
5. Walk less.
6. eat as much junk food as you can.
HOWEVER I would advise that you make do with your present weight. By the time you get to puberty age, weight gain will come naturally.

Michy, I advise you stick to your present weight. Some women naturally have a problem losing weight when they start bearing kids.
If you fall in that category, then you're better off practising from now how to control weight gain.

@ rhea, , i am looking to gain weight as well, i have tried all your remedy, i wish they could help me to geain weight, but i didnt. it got to a stage that my percentagee of junk food increased to 80- percent over a three month period and there wasnt any noticeable changes!

I suggest you go into body building. Start off on a mild note. A couple of push ups everyday. A bit of weight lifting (don't use excessive weights). Back it up with increase in your beef intake (suya etc). In 2 monthos or less you should notice some changes.
