Gaining weight is equally as difficult as shedding them. At least to me. I definitely understand what you mean. I used to weigh 115 pounds, (don't know what it is in Kg, but i am sure goggle can help) and I stand 5 ft 11 inches tall. So, from those numbers, I was underweight. I had to change it. Though everybody wants to be me, but I know the side effects of being underweight. Now, I am 140 pounds and loving it. Tho, everybody that knows me before and now, can't see any difference. I know where the pounds are and I am loving it, as well as my angel  Cheesy Cheesy

So, if I can recommend like everyone has done. Use your vitamins, drink water, sleep, calculate your calories, make sure it exceeds what you are consuming now. If you are like me that eat once a day, make sure you snack and snack some more.

All the best!

25 pounds just packed neatly behind is not bad at all. That should surely send your angel back to heaven every time he comes around. Grin

if u really want to gain weight, try drinking a mixture of malt and milk.that should do the trick.
and sleeping doesn't help u gain weight because when u sleep the hormones that make u get hungry rn't secreted
so u can't get hungry, just eating and lazing around alot would be better than sleeping.

well i gained a bout six kg over a period of five months

first i loved myself and let someone love me(that's  a whole differt story'

now that i got my self-esteem back.

i checked my eating cycle, no more emotional eating for me because previously i had emotional issues i didnt eat.

i have a high metabolic rate so i made 3 meals a day COMPULSORY, and kept snacks in between not necesarily junk food because eating healthy is good. so i drank water didnt drink more soda drinks than usual.

so with 3 COMPULSORY MEALS and snacks in between whether i felt hungry or not I increased both CARBOHYDRATE and PROTEIN intake in all my meals. sometimes i even had 4 meals .

so you have to increase the amount of CARBS and PROTEIN or else you'll burn weight and not keep any.

Also since i danced and excercised I took vitamins, chocolate beverages, and milkshakes or protein shakes

lastly relax, it will come for me i kept at it for two months before it showed and it was hard sticking to the diet but after that first weight gain its encouragement all the way

if you keep your lifestyle active physically then you'll be able to maintain it.
