Plz can anybody explain better on how this so called tru talk/text works because d 1st day i migrated to d tru talk after loading #100 i make free call but during d day time i finished up d credit at night i loaded another to make night call d next day but at about 1.0clock am i called a frnd whom av already added to my FAF list but suprisinly to me d call was terminated after about 8min talk,n was borthered n check my account balance n i see that my money av vanished to 0.00,plz somebody shld plz tell me what wrong

i checked tariffs and packages on zain's website. so many confusing plans with no distinguishing features. why can't zain just reduce intra call and intra sms tariffs for all its subscribers rather than launching another package. they would attract more customers that way. who are the dull brain in the marketing department?

I tried typing the code and after requesting for some time it say "Done". I checked my Credit and it read "Recharge N100 to Enjoy Tru. Your balance is 87.06 NGN. . . ." Does that mean it is done?

This whole thing is a huge joke! As at now they are still charging 66k/sec as against the 21k/sec they promised, after you have migrated to Tru. And believe me when I say I have tried for at least 25 times yet no luck.
So those on this forum who are so quick to abuse other posters, have you been any successful?

Hmm, after going Tru all d Tru posts here, i decided nt to be Tru on Zain if really all these Posts are Tru. Bt a question though. After 1 week of failure to recharge, will they return you back to your previous package plan?

Guys I will not disagree if anyone says its a ripoff, can you imagine? Anouncing a package with no further instructions, one you are on Tru you cannot add or remove from your FAF list and they said you will need to add ten numbers how do you add them then? no further instructions, they Just go about wasting money on Publicity, Zain is the Worst Network in this Country after Mtel, that is Basically non Existant now, I did a mail to their Customer care as their number cannot go through they kept telling me all the customer care Operators are Busy, I sent them a mail and they sent me a blank Reply with Logos, as if I can use Logos as the information I want, the only thing I enjoy on their line is the FAF and am not sure you can add up to 10 People on the FAF has anyone tried it? if anyone has further information please or the person works with Zainab or works for Zainab he should help so they can salvage their already drowning Image.

The TRUE package is deceitful and am begging those who have not migrated not to activate. I used the package for a week and noticed that after migration no matter the amounts of credit loaded, the service was suspended after a week. I have loaded about N500 since then but no reactivation. Am trying to migrate to SIMPLY special but am been told i can't migrate from TRU package.
In conclusion it is a deceitful package to try and rip off subscribers. The period in which u are told to load N100, ur F&F list will be charges at a flat rate.
please DO NOT MIGRATE TO TRUE PACKAGE, its a rip off and the NCC and EFFCC should be alerted because its criminal. From the advert it sounded like if you load N100 once you remain on the package, it did not say that the package has to be reactivated every 7 days with N100. Even when you try to reactivate it still doesnt go.
please don not avtivate if you havnt.

I don't know guy's looks like zain hv me on the lookout. . . I migrated to Tru talk and zain started swapping my money like I'm streaming a video online. . . I've been trying to migrate to simply special but when i check my acc bal, I get the message 'Recharge up to 50 ngn to migrate to tru txt' Guy's, I've loaded all cards ranging from (50 - 1000) ngn but they woun't return me bk to simply special. .
I guess they're trying to repay me in my own coin and they won . . . . So right now, I'm asking 4 a re-match because that was not a fair fight. .
