There are a lot of organisms we let go in Nigeria without eating. These organism are so nutritious. Look at asians: they are stronger and live longer because they eat these organisms.
They include lizard, frog, cockcroach, ant, rat etc. To make tins worse when they see us they don't even get scared; they walk majestically because they know we don't eat them. Get to country like China these things are scare commodity.

my man, you can start eating those, i will just they watch. if after a year, you still they breathe, i go follow suit. can't imagine myself eating a roach. ewwww.

@TOPIC my man! what about grass hoppers ,soldier ants,earthworms, maggots,mosquito's, houseflies,spiders,wall geckos,toads,cats,butteflies,moths,beetles in short any and everything u can lay your eyes & hands on get it ?  because the Asians eat the things u listed above don't mean they live stronger and longer, to my knowledge it has not been scientifically proven ,some Nigerians or people from the other parts of the world eat bush rats., crocodiles ,dogs, cats,rotten fish,turtles,monkeys,horses,antelopes ,do they die younger? what about mad people or homeless people on the street who eat from the rotten gargage cans on the streets, they do this everyday for years ,why are some of them not dead?  i think if you watch what you eat,and lead an active lifestyle you stand a better chance of having a stronger and longer life.  |

ewwww, not eating animals again. Though once my family and i ate snakes at a chineese restaurant, We also =had a monkey's tail sliced and shaped like noodles. mhh, we din't know this till when we finished eating.
