Unilorin New Charges, What Do You Think?

About the unilorin new  charges my sugestion is that the Student Union Government(S.U.G) should pls do talk to them so that sth can be done.
Pls did u know the requirement 4 Direct Entry computer/sc becauce my score is 44%,for me to know either to have hope or continue with my HND.

Pls i dont really understand the 'Mass Communication' on the charges list. Can someone pls elaborate on it? And how it affects 100Level students? Thanks
