Mills & Boon Goes Hardcore!
« on: September 09, 2008, 07:15 PM »

Expect fewer dreamy kisses with marriageable hunks and more orgies when the 100-year-old publisher launches new line 'Spice' next year.

"It will be more about sex for enjoyment," they say.

But we say "Is old-fashioned romance finally dead?"

. . . notin spoil really juzz out of interest!!

What do y'all think of this?

I read the blaze series once in a while.
They are more my type, not overly sentimental, more animalistic Grin
And some of the men are very bad Kiss
So i'd definitely give the spice series a try.

As for old fashion romance.  Hmmm Undecided

Awwww! Mills and Boon! M&B! How I missed it (the 20 -30 I ever read). I remember when I first came to the US, my cousin said I should send her some M&Bs and I couldn't find them anywhere. Borders, Barnes and Noble, Waldenbooks. . . I was like what is going on here?

Finally, I went to this exchange-a-book place and asked this old woman, if she had M&B and she said YES. . . a lot sef! My goodness, I was so happy until she brought it and I saw Harlequin and Silhouette. ehn, ehn, no, no Iya, I said M&B. . . Mills & Boon and she was like "Yeah". Haba, how can it be "Yeah" when I can clearly see it's not M&B? Is she using African eye to look at me or what? She must have read my mind because she quickly explained that H&S is the Americanized M&B and I was oooooooh, really? I did not know that. . . all this time I went to the bookstore, I was just passing it, going and coming like mad woman. Cheesy

Anyway, I wonder what they will call this new one in America. Just might pick one up to see how Animalistic it really is.  Cool
