I want to start sending and receiving money on the net via paypal, but during registration i got stuck because Nigeria is not among the official countries of operation (as in the drop-down box) so i couldn't proceed from there. can someone out there help me out? i trust I'llget enough help.

U'll have to open a foreign one preferrably US.its relatively stressful opening a paypal acct n its usually quite expensive and even after that ur account might be limited(suspended until provision of certain docs which u might not be able to provide) several times.I am presently on my 2nd one.
