Hi gunners just play it cool.
HENRY is a frightening sight for any defender even the great Cannavaro so long as he is in Arsenal colours. I wish he translates his club form into something tangible for his country to reach standards of Zidane, Figo & Ronaldinho.
I guess Manchester United will anchor all their hopes on ancient history but as a gunner this is end of era. Last season they took us to hell and left us their in Hades. It’s their turn now No mistakes.
Lehmann one shot-stopper will be waiting. We are ok men!

I hope so, I really hope so. all i can say is that with the current squad, i think barring further injuries, we will be much improved over last season.

do i hear an AMEN?

Hello fellow Gunners,
having been member of this forum for some little while i must admit that i have not been searching this forum very well, because if i had been doing that i should have been posting regularly in this thread (being a hardcore gunner for life )  Cool but there is not problem as they say in igbo land that when a man wake up is his morning ,i must admit that this thread is damn too lively ,
but these anti gunners that i have seen around have to be taken care one way or the other  Angry especialy the chelsea gang who boldly say that they are based in "swindling"
town  Wink Wink
anyways bakc to our Gunners things,i heard that our Oga wenger have gone for some brasilian youngster ,anyone knows more about this story or the mplayer himself ? more info would be apreciated ,
finaly i must thank all Gunners in here and also say down to all those anti Gunners  Angry Angry

Its high time somebody defined what an Unknown player is?

Bagoma, quote this for us from Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English Please?

A Sao Paolo player is Unknown!

A brazillian U-19 skipper is unknown!!

me sef i no sabi oh!  Grin Grin

i wd rather use the term, 'youthful talent with potential' not quite undiscovered/unknown.

but in European terms he could be regarded as 'relatively' unknown compared to other players.

Honestly i'm afraid for you guys,   Embarrassed Grin

Arsenal has conceeded again at the Emirates stadium to Perennial giant beaters(Middlesboro).
I really cannot wait for teams like Man Utd, Liverpool and Chelsea to visit the 60,000 seater stadium because the ground seems to be the easiest of places to pick easy points.
James Morrison's goal for Boro was impressive and should be enough to break all gunner's heart this weekend and Jonathan Woodgate's display in the defence has been off the chain.
In fairness, Arsenal has battered and bludgeoned their opponents beyond recognition but the side cannot just score to put a smile on Priscilla and Kitaun's face.

« #443 on: September 09, 2006, 04:31 PM »

Boro's been robbed.
Harsh red card decison for Boateng and a soft penalty for Arsenal.
Henry was helped to get his 1st goal from the spot-kick.
Shame on Arsenal and the CURSE placed on their new stadium.
Can a 10-man Boro hold Arsenal to a draw?
Jackal (m)
Re: For Gunners Only No Uninvited Guest
« #444 on: September 09, 2006, 05:04 PM »

Boro has done it again.
10 men of Boro held 11-man-Arsenal to a draw.
Arsenal has now lost 7 points in just 3 matches. Grin Grin Grin
By next sunday, they would have lost 10 points in 4 matches. Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

@Jackal

Na you get mouth to say this o  Grin

I am not strong enough to face Kitaun.

Well i think, its too early to condemn Arsenal  but Premiership Champion, i very much doubt it.

« #446 on: September 09, 2006, 05:13 PM »

Premiership champion in this form?
Lets forget it-Arsenal has lost the verve already.

Meanwhile, what happened to Lampard?
I cannot believe Lampard will ever lose a penalty at the bridge.
He is one of the most consistent penalty takers in England and he let me down big time.
I trust Jose to rally Chelsea back to winning ways.
Game on-Akola!!!!!!!!!!!
