Can I get links stating that Jamie is being considered in a Sinatra movie
Yeah I didn't find any either.

http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20279201,00.html
this one lists Leonardo DiCaprio, Johnny Depp, Joe Jonas, Robert Pattinson and Justin Timberlake as the contenders.

DiCap and Depp should feel insulted for being mentioned in the same sentence with the other names.

First, I like Frank Sinatra, Jack Nicholson. JeSoul, oif course Jack is evil, that's why he predominantly plays evil roles. Can't remember any good role he's played but I don't wanna go to court.

Second, I detest Jamie Foxx.

Third, what I detest most of all is associating things I love with things I detest, wtf?

Blame it on all this political correct nonsense. There're saying it's a great thing if hollywood becomes "color-blind" lol rubbish . . . . like Karma rightly noted, if it were reversed and it was a white man playing Obama in his future bio all hell will break loose.

As Good as It Gets, with Helen Hunt.

@JS
Saw a Bollywood thing. Ashwarya Rai was as terrible as ever. That woman cannot act. Undecided
You do not like Foxx. Grin I'm indifferent to the guy, though I admire his Ray performance; he nailed it. You're a serious fan of Crowe, right? Which means you've seen all his movies? Did you see his Hollywood debut with fellow Aussie Guy Pierce, L.A Confidential?

  Nah and nah.
I'm slightly above indifferent to him. I liked Guy P. most recently in Traitor.

Ah. Some Bollywood movies are entertaining o. Yeah, the plots are often mediocre, but once in a while you come across real gems. If you haven't, please check out Munna Bhai, MBBS; It's one of my fav Bollywood thingies, and you'll see why. Ashwaya Rai couldn't possibly win a Best Actress Award on this planet. Maybe you meant Kajol. She was a former Miss World, though.

You don't like Crowe? Why'd you pick 3.10 to Yuma then?

Aishwarya Rai is the typical " I just swallowed  a bag of Helium" actress but she wasn't so bad in Provoked.

Watched Hollywood Chinese

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollywood_Chinese

quite interesting. Early Asian actresses were cast as mistresses and whatnot, it seems. Some were also Eurasians who didnt really have pronounced Asian features. eg Nancy Kwan.

Surprisingly, I dont think there was anything on The King and I. There was also no mention of Memoirs of a Geisha.

and whaddaya know- Jamie Foxx representing black people (or maybe himself) at the George Strait Country Music/Academy of Country Music awards. What is it with this guy and oyibos- he was like the only black face in a place filled to capacity with thousands or tens of thousands of people.

The rumor about him playing Frank Sinatra was fake though. It was started by some gossip forum and unfortunately snapped up by a few British tabloids.

Another thing I dislike about foxx, he is everywhere! esp after he won the oscar. Insert any award show: present, Dog show? present, mechanics conference? present, if-it-will-put-my-face-on-tv? present. He's probably not familiar with the phrase "Less is more".

 Max,

here's my take on Terminator Salvation:

so I know TS has received a lotta negative reviews and after watching it I can see why BUT I still enjoyed the movie and give it a 7 of 10. I guess your impression of it will depend on your fanaticism level with the Terminator series. If you're hardcore, your expectation level will be really high and this movie will let you down. There's no real Bang-shock-awe moment, but it chugs along nicely. For the average fan such as myself it was sufficient. I enjoyed it more than the last installment T3.

The action sequences are fantastic (though I coulda used some more shock and awe Smiley) and there are several 'unexpecteds' in the plot that are neat, leading up to an even neater ending. The one criticism that I have is that it seemed to be lacking in "soul", it seemed somewhat hollow in emotion and you kinda don't really connect with the characters. Overall I think TS successfully does what it set out to do . . . lay the groundwork for future Terminator flicks and entertain the viewer in the process Smiley Again I enjoyed it and I'm sure majority of less obsessive, fanatic Terminator fans will enjoy it too.

Asiri ke? I'm not ibkaye. For some reason everytime I logged in that day I was rerouted to his or her account.

TS got negative reviews? Probably cos Arnold wasn't in it. But I enjoyed everything Bale ever did, minus one, so I'll probably enjoy this one as well.
