Ah.Grin Your husband was recently voted No 1 Sexy Male by all the women in the United Kingdom.
Yeh. Law's a little too self-conscious of his good looks, but he was the BOMB in Cold Mountain. Nominated for a Best Actor Oscar for that. It's a good movie, with some great performances from him, Natalie Portman, Phillip Seymour Hoffmann and Renee Zellwegger. But I know you'll skirt it by a mile cos Nicole Kidman's in it.

He's never too far from No 1 at any time Tongue
I can barely stand Zellweger, having her and Kidman in the same movie is more than i can take.

JK,
I actually thought Jude was quite good in the Closer.  Kinda really clueless/confused and unsatisfied. . .just like most people Cheesy  Similar character i think to that movie with Juliette Binoche. . .hmmmm. . .Aha! Breaking and Entering.  Also in Behind Enemy Lines abi be na Enemy at the Gates?

Enemy at the Gates. Enemy Lines was Owen Wilson. Thought Jude was good in Closer, Portman and Clive Owen phenomenal. That nighclub scene alone is money well spent. You don't like Zellwegger too? So you never saw Bridget Jones Diary? You sef. You don't know what you missed in Moulin Rouge. Kidman was in The Hours and you still pointed your eyeballs at it. Her roles are rarely boring.

Jude Law caught my eye after Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (What can I say, I like 'em a little psychotic) but he's baby mama drama lately is a turn off jare. Has the man never heard of condoms? Jeebus!

Tom Hanks is the number ONE box office star in the world. He has made 19 films that have grossed over 100 million, and his box office movie totals almost 4 billion dollars. He's won the Academy Award for Best Actor back to back, an honour shared only with Spencer Tracy, one for his role in Philadelphia as a lawyer struggling with AIDS, the other as the iconic and inimitable Forrest Gump.  He was the producer of the huge hit, My Big Fat Greek Wedding. From the likeable young un with fell in love with a fish (Daryl Hannah's mermaid) in Splash to Lovett in Apollo 13 to Sleepless in Seattle to Forrest Gump, a firm Top Ten of  mine, to The Green Mile and Sheriff Woody in Toy Story, Tom Hanks has consistently captured the heart of fans and critics alike.  He has to be the most likeable star in the world, moviewatchers liking and trusting him instinctively. Here's the man with the charming Southern accent and his wife of 21 years, Rita Wilson, an established actress in her own right. She was in Sleepless in Seattle with him, playing the part of his best friend's wife. They have two sons, and another two from Tom's previous marriage. To hear them talk so lovingly and respectfully about each other, after two decades, is delightful.

I've seen Bridget Jones.  I like Colin Firth. . .he's usually the fumbling adorable guy Smiley Barely stand Zellweger but i watch some of her movies. . .just didn't bother with Cold Mountain, Chicago and some of her other movies.  I've seen more of her movies than Kidman.  The hours i think is the only movie i managed that woman.  Yeah her roles are rarely boring but she brings boring to the roles.  I remember the 2nd movie of hers i watched (first being the  one with Tom Cruise when they first met). . .one movie that like that she played this sexy teacher sleeping with a student and getting him to do bad things. . .hours of my life i will not get back.  I kept thinking, oh this is soooo wrong, couldn't they find someone who didn't make me prefer watching paint dry.  My dear, you fit mint the Moulin Rouge. . .i no fit jare.  Sweeney Todd almost killed me Grin

I didn't enjoy Sweeney Todd. I watched it for Depp and Carter and Rickman. I can guarantee you've never seen anything like Moulin Rouge. There are performances there manic and unbelievable. I adore that evil Count. He actually twirled his moustache like a textbook villain. Grin

Kidman I happen to like.I haven't come across the one where she corrupts Innocent Youth though, thank gawd.Wasn't Jude Law in some mess where he slept with his children's Nanny years ago? What's the matter with the guy? You'd think he was the only good-looking man on earth. Undecided

'Funny' English men?

Seen District 9 yet? Best thing from SA so far, not as beautiful as Totsi, but better. Moulin Rouge's liberally coated with insanity. I've never seen anything like it. The evil count is indescribable, really.  Most of the characters are. Not a Chigurh or lecter of course. It's a comedy. Catch Kylie Minogue as a naughty Blue Fairy shaking her tail when the artists get drunk on absinthe. MR will blow you away. Yes, you.

Inseminating machine. Grin You are evil.

few real laughs, awkward moments, unnecessary scenes and stereotyping *sigh*

'Funny' English men, obvious very much. .
I cant watch District 9 cos of the aliens, they are way too disgusting, eww
besides i hear Moon trumps it as best sci fi of the year.

Naveen Andrews I first saw as Kip, bomb defuser during the war, in The English Patient. There is an immortal scene where Naveen, who plays a Sikh, loosens his turban and lets his hair fall while he bathes his body. Unobserved, Juliet Binoche watches. No rutting, no obscenity, and yet,a profoundly, incredibly, nerve-tinglingly sensual scene. We'll miss you Minghella.

Naveen plays Sayid in the TV series, LOST.
Born in London in 1969 to a psychologist mother and businessman dad, he studied drama. At age 16, he fell in love with his maths teacher and had a child with her seven years later.
Naveen is in a relationship with Barbara Hershey.

Michael Emerson plays one of the most complex characters on LOST, that of Benjamin Linus, series main antagonist, and he plays it superbly. He's won an emmy for his work in The Practice. After being emmy-nominated three times for his work on LOST, he finally took the award home this year. Michael has been married to actress Carrie Preston for eleven years. He's often expressed a longing to join her in the series TRU BLOOD, where she plays the waitress Arlene.

Adewale Akinnuoye Agbaje is a solicitor and successful Nigerian actor, playing Adebisi in Oz and Mr Eko in LOST. He's also appeared in blockbusters like The Bourne Identity and The Mummy Returns. We know he's dating a model, but he's zipped up about his personal life.

Agbaje asked the producers of LOST to write him out of the series in 2006 when he lost his parents. The series producers were furious. His character was one of the richest and most intriguing in the series. Still they had to comply with his wishes, and so he died in LOST. We hear he may return to the series for the final season instalment. We hope the rumours are true. Well done, Agbaje! We love you!

Yunjin Kim, trained in martial arts and dancing, attended Boston University, where she earned a degree in drama. She made her acting debut in SHIRI, the highest grossing movie in Korean film history in its year of release. She plays the role of Sun-Hwa Kwon in LOST. She's in a long term relationship with her Korean boyfriend, whose identity she jealously guards.

Evangeline Lilly, 30, plays bad-ass, tender, conflicted Kate on LOST. She's worked as a flight attendant, and as a missionary in the Phillipines. She nearly accepted an invitation as a permanent missionary there but declined because of her parents wishes. Evangeline was once married to Canadian athlete Murray Hone. She's been in a relationship with fellow LOST co-star Dominic Monaghan (who played Charlie) since 2004. Once the series is ended, Evangeline plans to return to humanitarian work. Josh Holloway (Sawyerr) calls her 'Freckles' in real life.

Terry O'Quinn has had an award-winning career in film and television spanning decades. He met producer J.J Abrams on the latter's Alias, where he played FBI hardhat Kendall, and became a favourite of Abrams. When LOST was in development, he got a call from Abrams telling him he's been, cast without any audition, as the enigmatic John Locke. O'Quinn says he finds it easy to play the character, as they have much in common. His excellent performance was nominated for an emmy in 2005 and again in 2007, which he won.
He's been married to Lori for thirty years and they have two children and a grandchild.

Jorge Garcia, 36,  plays the guileless, adorable Hurley on LOST. He initially auditioned for the part of Sawyerr. The show producers saw him on another show the night before, and created the character of Hurley for the him. He's been on TV before that, in Becker, Curb Your Enthusiasm and others. Here he is with his girlfriend, Bethany Leigh Shady.
