Let me answer this question because it really depends and my observations have come up with different things, My ex-boyfriend was African-American he wore a size 15 shoe and stood about 6"4 in height his penis was big and sometimes to much for me, My ex Jamican boyfriend was a size 11 and stood at about 6"1 his penis wasn't as big as the other boyfriend but is was pretty average, My current boyfriend is from Nigeria he is the shortest of the men I have dated hes about 5"11 and his shoe size is an 11 he falls in the avarage size and fits me well.
