'Your mother is an Algerian whore'. if you are in Zidane's position, what would you do? I heard the news on ITV 1 10pm news and it is genuine because Zidane's agent was interviewed.

it is for real, it was said after Zidane was awarded a golden cup for the best world cup player 2006 and France president went to console him about what happened on the field. Apparently the Italian player knew Zidane's mum is very ill and he love his mother so much more than anything, so he said such a thing to make Zidane angry.

Also heard it on ITV at 10 pm that he insulted Zizou's mum,saying that he slept with her and that she's a whore.
Others said he called him a terrorist.
I was saddened by what Zidane did,it almost ruined the whole of my evening,a kind of anticlimax.
I felt the elegant master should have been able to rein in his temper;at other times I felt if Matterrazi indeed made such an insultive comment,the headbutting should have been aimed at his mouth not his chest.
