even if we lose to chelsea which isnt happenin between cus it would take a miracle to- we were able 2 gt to the finals of europe's most prestigious club tourney while bayern didnt, that alone is terrible, thn comparing bayern to united is absolutely ridiculous!

@ Akolawole,

Dayokanu to taunt me? How?
United will win the UCL. . . . . .They are doing it for the Busby Babes. . . .
Fergie is more hungry for anutha European success than the premiership.

He is going to give the fans something they haven't seen in a long while.
Attacking football straight from the footie scriptures.
Petr Cech would be so battered he would curse the day he was born.

Dean Ashton my foot the guy is good but lets not forget he's so injury prone
I just hope we don't get another Saha into our hands
Also lets not forget we have a Manucho in Greece warming up
I loved that guy at the last ANC
he's an energetic 9 and also strong physically and very good in the air
We need someone who is skillful and also as strong as Drogba(he should have been a defender)
Lets hope we get options especially now that injury comes and goes
U need someone to fill in perfectly

A right back is good and Bos is not a bad option
Imagine someone like Evra running the flanks on the right
Gary is past his hey days
I can't forget this commentator's stament 'Gary Nevilles's cross' Its soo trademark that we need another in that position
Lets hope Porto lower their price

Trust CQ to always come up with something.
Fergie should begin his work on Nani and Anderson asap
he built CR7 so why not Nani.
A monstrous squad in the Making

Re: Manchester United Fans: The Red Devils' Zone

@ Emperoh,

All we need is a Bosingwa and a good striker(Huntelaar).
Lets face it. . . . .Ferguson got away with murder playing Rooney and Tevez in the attack(they are both 2nd strikers).
Rooney and Tevez shouldn't be playing together. . . Either of them should be playing with a main striker.
However, Ferguson is a genius and he made em work but i must say he got lucky.
We can do with 4 strikers(Apache, Roo, Manucho and Huntelaar) . . . Sell SAHA!!!!

that will surely stop Ronaldo from roaming
he thrived on the unavailability of a 9 u know
however, that doesn't eliminate the notion u enunciated
We need a good 9 and also 2 then brown caan afford to deputise for either Rio or Vida
Gosh  this will be a monstrous squad

I insist Fergie should start his work on Nani and Ando
these guys are filled with R A W talents
I hope we dispatch west ham tomorrow
Lunch time kick off

                              V D S
       G. Neville       Brown     Ferdinand       Evra

                         Anderson       Hargreaves

     Nani                                                          Giggs
                               Tevez
                                         Ronaldo

any dissent???

Fergie must make sure that stubborn westHam Club must be pummeled morow.
There must be no slip up, a win will make us a little relax Knowing a ressurected N'castle can do us a favour.
But WesHam seem to always be at their best when they come against UNITED, Anyways this one is surely going to the Wire nad we are in ploe position.

All we need to do is Win both games and whatever that rampant team called Chelsea do would not matter.

Its so funny that even when AssAnal was about 8points clear, we kept saying that we were more weary bout chelsea than Ass Anal, Now they are up in our faces both in the PREM and CL.  Angry

Apache,Roo, Manucho, and Huntelaar will be perfect in our attack, even when we have attacking players down we could go bact to what we used this season The 2support strikers option.

Is Fergie still interested in Berbatov? Bosingwa is a very good choice, buying him will make our midfields one of the richest in terms of quality, Hargo, Nani,Ronaldo, scholes, Park, Fletcher Anderson the list goes on.

Giggs 4 tommorrow's matck ke? i beg let the guy come in around 80th minute

read Van Der Sar  is injured mayb kitcat will deputise for him

we don't need Neville in this match, let Hargo still hold up.

I'm okay with others. Nani had better get really serious and clear headed tommorrow.

lets  pile pressure on Chelskit tommorrow by wining this match convincinly.

Manchester United 4 EPL --- No shaking.

@ Coded Guy,

Some of the old players might not lace their boots tomorrow.
Ferguson will play Brown ahead of Neville but we might see Silvestre/O'Shea partnering Ferdinand.

Scholesy may be rested to give way for Fletcher/Anderson or Hargreaves.
I will start Park ahead of Giggsy. . . .with Nani also playing. . . .

Are u guys aware Man Utd have not lost any game with JS Park starting since he moved to Man Utd.
Thats some STAT.

TRANSFER RUMOR

West Ham striker Dean Ashton's is said to be another target for Manchester United.

Re: Manchester United Fans: The Red Devils' Zone
« #18508 on: May 02, 2008, 09:51 PM »

Ashton is another Saha, don't think we need him.
Bosingwa wil be a terrific addition to MU's back four.
Giggs shouldnt start tomorrow, i prefer park to him with nani playing from the other wing.
we need Anderson and Hargreaves because WestHam is usually very physical.
I only hope Kuzchak dosnt mess up tomorrow if he starts ahead of foster

@Jackal
Thats a good one for Park

Manchester United are the most valuable football club in the world, according to Forbes magazine.

The Champions League finalists, who came second in a list compiled by accountants Deloitte back in February, topped the table ahead of Real Madrid.

Forbes value United at £905 million, with Real reportedly worth £646m.

Arsenal were third in the list, worth £603m.

Liverpool are up to fourth from 11th in the 25-team list, while Celtic are the only Scottish team, in 20th place.

The other British representatives in the 25-team list are Chelsea (8th), Tottenham (12th) and Newcastle (16th), while Everton, West Ham, Manchester City and Aston Villa occupy places 21-24 respectively.

Meanwhile, David Beckham has replaced Ronaldinho as the world's highest-paid footballer after joining the Los Angeles Galaxy, earning around £25m per year.

The Brazilian had to be content with second place while his Barcelona team-mate Thierry Henry earned £12.5m in salary and sponsorship deals this season.

when some arsenal fans see stories like these they go "we're a rich club, we should be buying expensive and stuff". Truth is Arsenal can't. because u live with income generated by club alone, and have the stadium debt to repay as well, these other clubs have benefactors in these foreign owners.

But however Manu and Liverpool although being rated as top clubs in the world are in severe debt and are actually running at a loss. Meaning, their expenses exceeds their income.Loans were made to cover the losses, thus increasing their debt service and therefore their annual losses. Unless these clubs come back to earth shares will have to be sold in order to cover the shortfall. Their worth as reported by Forbes only takes into context their share value and not their operating loss or profit.
Of all the top clubs Arsenal are the only ones which shows an operating profit and maybe in two to three years or so, they would have sold off highbury and the other plots( which would generate over 300 million) and payed down a significant amount….getting far lower interests and freeing them from the heavy burden.
Maybe then you'll have the millions to play with every summer on transfer fees like the other big boys

um, do you actually know that the emirates stadium was funded by the emirates empire/airlines/whateva?!!! so THAT money was borrowed as well and will have to be paid back.So arsenal are in debt.Where do you think TV rights and prize money goes too?!its not enough obviously but it goes into covering costs for the clubs.Manchester united are in debt due to the glazers buying the club but is being paid of monthly for the next 40 years.Practically all EPL clubs arein debt.If you've ever taken a loan from the bank you would have know n that you can specify how you want to pay back that loan .So united ARE the richest club in the world besting even madrid, dnt also forget The glazers own an NFL franchise as well and the NFL generates way more than football. So paying back the loan gotten to fund his purchase of united isn't a problem.the fact that united are making profit is what matters to him,so please dnt come here and post shit about arsenal cus they are not the richest club in europe not even england, every sensible fan/person knows that.If they were ,we would be pounded bout it hourly because thats what gaynners do,brag about shit!!!!!!!!!!!

of course i know arsenal has a debt of 360 million pounds thats why they could never compete with utds, chelseas and liverpools of this world at the moment in players trannfers and wages at the moment.

but i believe that Arsenal were expecting a lot of cash for debt repayment from the sale of houses at Highbury, but with the housing market crash, they had 2 do redo their calculations. I mean a bigger stadium was neccesary anyway. but having said all that of course UTd has the edge, bigger stadium, less debt, bigger financial assets generally than Arsenal. But Arsenal are making commendable steps towards being very competitive financially in the years to come
