1) Split channels into C, M, Y, K 2) Apply Effects->Contour->Find.Edges To K Channel 3) Recombine the C, M, Y, K channels 4) Post-process the image with smoothness and brightness-contrast-intensity filters are desired.

Very nice, especially the one done with photoshop but when i did my photo comic e-book (Coming Soon) I just let the pictures play out naturally, speed blurs, grimaces etc, would try these techniques though,
