Av forgotten about filling an online application form of all these companies,i heard some dnt even read or process these online CVs,what am doing ryt now is to get these companies' address, then send an unsolicited application to them,as in my cv and a cover letter,av already sent so many, jst waiting for one of them to holla me-some of these companies dnt advertise vacancies day in day out,yet they recruit, frm entry level to experienced post, guys dnt let us put our eggs in one basket-get addresses of some companies and post your cvs 2 them,u'll b surprised hw u'll b called up directly for an interview.

That's  a great idea, I love that. So people looking for job start send your CV to any company you want.

that's a fantastic idea, though it may be discouraging when u think u've sent millions of applications and only a few or none has offered to invite u 4 a test.
It's advisable though, because i've been invited to write some tests after sending applications like that.
