What is the quickest way to immigrate to Canada? Dear Future Canadian, The only way to speed up your processing time for your permanent resident application is to have a job offer from a Canadian Employer, thus reducing your permanent resident application process and your entry to Canada will be considerably faster. Once you have a job offer you have these options to choose from: WORK PERMIT Work permits are issued only for employment that is temporary. In some circumstances, work permits can be extended from inside Canada. *The fastest way to come to Canada is on a temporary work permit. Usually you can be in Canada within weeks after you apply, if not sooner. The Canadian employer before offering you a job may have to demonstrate that efforts were made to hire Canadian residents for your intended position, but that those efforts were unsuccessful. ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT Arranged Employment is based on a permanent job offer of indeterminate length. You do not begin to work in Canada until you receive your Canadian permanent resident visa. *Your potential Canadian employer does not have to demonstrate that Canadian residents could not be found for your intended position. *Priority processing at all Canadian Immigration visa offices (except Buffalo) of your application for permanent residence in Canada. You will usually receive your visa in less than one year. *You will receive up to 15 points under the Federal Skilled Worker category of Canadian immigration. Having an Arranged Employment it won't get you to Canada as quickly as a work permit. PROVISIONAL NOMINATION Provincial Nomination is similar to Arranged Employment and to Work Permits. Most Canadian provinces offer nomination programs that lead to a Canadian permanent resident visa. Most often, it involves a permanent job offer of undetermined length from an employer in a particular province. *Once you have been nominated by a province you can usually immediately receive a Work Permit to come to Canada and begin work, even before your Canadian permanent resident visa is issued. *Your application for permanent residence in Canada will receive priority processing and you will usually receive your visa in less than one year. *You may qualify for provincial nomination even in some occupations that are not considered "high-skilled" Many Alberta employers are recruiting to fill more than one position. There are currently 173 employment opportunities with 3,281 job positions available. "CANADA IMMIGRATION EXPO" has many Employment Opportunities listed in alphabetical order by job title. Once you get "Canada Immigration Expo" you have direct access to these employment opportunities and all you have to do is email your Cover letter and resume to YOUR potential Canadian employer. However, you must act fast as these job positions may not be available for long as so many other potential immigrants are applying for these available positions as we speak. @ kaysie83 My research, have reaveled, that Judy Sgro was a Former Canadian Minister of Immigration. So how does that relates to my post? It is not mandatory that every member of this forum must post a reply to a thread, especially, when they don't have any meaningful post.

Yes, everyone knows you can get info online, but majority of applicants still pays 1000s of dollars to consultants for their services expain! Canada have more immigration attorneys/ consultant, than any country worldwide, simply because it is a very rucreative profession in Canada, even when the website (with inadequate info) is there for you to get the info as you suggest. Also, explain why most candidates that applied on their own, with info obtain from this website, still fails to succeed and candidates that goes through immigration consultant succeed. Don't you think this consultants have more important info, than your advertised website. Get this into you head, the info contains in my manual are time tested with proven results and testimony, ordered from one of the best immigration consultant in Canada. What you have on the website is not up to 50% of info in this manual (software) with over 150 pages. So, i expect you to begin to acknowledge my services. INFORMATION IS POWER, PLEASE STAY INFORMED!

Migrating to Canada is never an easy process, one really need to qualify before you apply. To work temporally in Canada, You need an LMO that is the Labor marketing opinion and a job contract from an employer in Canada. You will also need a genue document to back your application. Canadians are Very strict on documentation they will screen thoroughly all documents submitted. And if you are approved you will be given a medical form to a particular hospital for your medical to be done. Sample of your blood test will them be sent to France for full screening. after three weeks the embassy will notify you for the results, and if you are medically fit then they issue you with the visa. Its usually two years single entry or multiple visa plus your work authorization letter to be shown at the immigration upon your arrival in Canada, for your work permit to be issued. The status on the temporally working visa DOES not allow you to work with another company, because the name of the company in which you applied for the visa , will be written on your work permit. in so doing you have violated to rules and regulations governing the visa and therefore if you are caught by the authorities you will be deported by to Africa and to stay in Africa for 99 years before you can go back to Canada. there is a lot that we can talk about, please feel free and send us your questions and we would be glad to reply your mails. Contact: charles@rescueasoul.org or call Dennis on +233-20-8910070 Beware of visa fraudsters is on the rampant now. be careful when you are appling for a visa, know the right type of visa to apply and the procedures. Remember when you are thumb printed there is NOTHING you can do to change your immigration conditions.Let hear from you with your comments and suggestion. Chao am out of here
