Hello people, I happen 2use a nokia 6630, i'm on d vmobile network, i browse with my phone, i download softwares into my phone. But i've got a problem downloading files larger than 200kb on my phone, It tells me error, that the file is too large. Why? I've got enough memory both on my phone and my memory card.
Can someone please give me any possible way i can download these files larger than 200kb onto my phone, I don't have a laptop or computer. All i've got is my phone. please is there a way it can be done.
I'ld appreciate ur help.

This is normal with Vmobile wap because they pegged the download size to 200kb in order to minimize traffic from heavy users like you, There's a way to bypass it by changing proxy Ip address while usl.ng 3rd party browsers such as opera & netfront from 172.18.254.5 to any free ip address online. Maybe you should try that tunnel thingy some guy posted on this forum sometime ago.

depending on if it's a media file ur tryin' to download to ur phone, U might as well try downloading aconverter program called SMATMOVIE on to ur PC and compress these files down to 'bout 20% of original size. Hope that helps
