Has Ghana Qualified For the World Cup Yet?

The maths thing got me confused. Ghana has a better head to head than DR Congo (on away goals rule) the only team possible of finishing on equal points with them. but still FIFA on her site refuses to acknowledge them has having qualified yet http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/06/en/t/team/qualified.html . well anyway big ups to Ghana.
