How Can I Download Large Files Into My Phone (nokia 6630)

Hello people,  I happen 2use a nokia 6630, i'm on d vmobile network, i browse with my phone, i download softwares into my phone. But i've got a problem downloading files larger than 200kb on my phone,  It tells me error, that the file is too large. Why? I've got enough memory both on my phone and my memory card.
Can someone please give me any possible way i can download these files larger than 200kb onto my phone,  I don't have a laptop or computer. All i've got is my phone. Please is there a way it can be done.
