If a Nigerian presents themselves at a British bank wanting to deposit money should it be assumed that he is a thief? That seems to be the case from what you are saying. From my understanding, most people can deposit a sum of money in a uk bank if they have the right requirements. If it is found later on that these people are thieves then it is down to the Nigerian government to bring their own thieves to justice and to order then to return the money that they deposited instead of expecting another government to do it for them. About the slave thing. . .Is Nigeria the only country that was enslaved? Enslaved black people practically built America and some of them will even cut you if you try to refer to them as a non-American with some quite grateful that their ancestors got on the boat! I have already told you that it is not my duty to enquire about why the banks refuse to release the money stolen from Nigeria by Nigerians and and neither do I care. Why should I? The money returned will only be shared among the top people in government anyway and Nigeria will continue to remain the same.
Nigerians who turned out to be thieves, legally deposited the money in UK banks. And so The Nigerian government should take responsibility of their own thieves and ask them to withdraw the money they stole and return it back to their country.
I am proud of Britain yes. . . is that a crime? So I am not allowed to be proud of the country that I was born in and at the same time not be in accordance with some of their policies? How many Nigerians love Nigeria but don't agree with all her policies? The same for America and Americans. Why is that a new phenomenon for you?
