Tomalo thanks for the usefull information.One guy in my area loaded already used mtn recharge card worth N1,500(#2) and it worked.In my street i saw both men and women,young and old,big and small  searching the ground for already used recharge card some even going into the bush and smelling refuse dump scattering the dirt there like fowls looking for food,looking for recharge card to load.As for me,i tried recharging a card worth N3,000 but i was barred from recharging  .How about you.How much did you load today?
