One guy in my area loaded two already used mtn card worth N750 each and it worked.My brother loaded N200 and it worked also.In my street this morning,i saw both men and women, young and old,big and small searching everywhere for already used cards,some even scattering smelling refuse dump like fowls looking for food,looking for already used card to load.As for me,i tried loading N3,000 mtn card but i was barred from recharging  .How about you.How much card did you load today? |
