Two Versions Of My Site - which one do you prefer?

Hi i have two versions of the same site and i'll like to know which one you prefer. Note both of them are still in their demo stage so the links don't work. but u can fill out the feedback form for the first one. there addys are

Both sites are kool...i prefer http://sphinxtechng.com/sleek/ though. It contains more graphics.

ok according to admin i shld post screenshot so that even after i move the links people can still check out what i was talking about. Which i must add is a pretty good idea. Anyway here are the links

People! this is model work! Site one is definitely better. I love the graphics and the way the phone and contact thing looked. Fashionable. Besides it's a website for the magazine. It has to potray the magazine like in the middle of it's page. I Prefer site One. I will spend more time on the site than i would on site 2.

Ok, Update....
The Client preferred the color combo of the second one and actually preferred the second one but i convinced him otherwise. So i used the color combo of the second one with the design layout of the first one. and now the links are working and also the feedback and subscription forms are also working so...... what do u think?

tcherokee, man i prefer the sleek-ng site, it feels better, but your content placement dont look too good to me, since its a magazine site, try making the contents look like a mag online too, but for the pix (mag) placed on the middle of the site, it would av been a lil difficult to get a precise rating for the site. Think bout it

and ofcourse you flash was nice.. wouldnt espect anything less from you.. nice work man
