[b]please house, I'm not so sure but i need some help.
a patient confronted me with a lab result which he tested positive of E.coli and Candida albicans.
i know E.coli to be a gastric kind of bacteria and candid to be an STD but the guy is insisting that that specie is an oral infection moreso he is so sure of his sex life that's what baffles everyone.
i hardly could agree with him neither can i butress my fact any futher,
does anyone have an idea?[/b]
