Help Me Out Guys.

hello guys I'm a newbie with the free phone browsing thing and i really want to start enjoying it i hav tried to find the specific topic here but all the threads seem to b adressing poeple that already know way too much bout it. so someone please give me a detailed description of how i can connect and browse my phone or even my p.c free with either mtn or zain or at least giv me a link to a comprehensive thread that does just that. help a brother out please.
