can it be nairalander are scared of making their submissions to dis topic , or they dont really have any idea of the payment scale. well,since someone has to start it off,i think d salary scale will range from 70k to 80k monthly. this according to my source excludes d allowances and tax. its just d basic salary. pls dont quote me, only reporting what a friend told me cheers

@alinco2, haba u go like money o  ,where UBA go see 70-80k to pay entry level,as at last year i had a friend who entered and was paid 45k but methinks by now they should be paying 55k-60k,i dont think it can be more than that

UBA entry level are paid like 50k not more than that relatively the are still among the lowest paid bank

Scondy, if u've been offered employment in the New UBA, i'm sorry to tell u dat your total package will be N750,000 per annum. I quit UBA just this year. Take it and build urself, cos once in the banking industry, u can easily switch to another bank.

Mere 750,000 P A, for all that bank stress, even first bank pays a lot more than that, at least I saw someone offer letter for executive trainee. It's really meager.
