I am asking this with all seriousness and hope to get candid responses from qualified-to-respond people. I was talking to a friend earlier today and we were deliberating on whether or not a guy should wear a condom when he is about having sex with a girl who is a virgin. Neither me nor my friend have had an encounter with a virgin so we think we should ask others. I know its not possible to tell if the girl is a virgin (they all most of them say they are virgins),but here,lets assume the girl involved is a virgin. Should the guy deflower her with his condom on? or go in flesh to flesh and use a condom subsequently?

@dipo2much, Deflowering can be a bloody procedure. Beyond the usual-suspect list of STDs there are other diseases one can get via direct contact with another person's blood, e.g. Hepatitis B, C and D. So, I'll suggest to the deflowerer to use a condom (with appropriate water-based lubricant) on the defloweree. There's also the added risk of unwanted pregancy. |

I need to ask one other question: What part in the menstrual cycle is it considered safe to have sex if you dont intend having babies.? I know a condom will do that but I want to know what time in the month for a girl is there no chance of conception (i.e is it immediately after the period that is the time when conception cannot take place?)

There is no sex education in Nigeria? Some of you people are the reason so many Africans have AIDS. Safe sex is key at all times. A condom must be used be it a VIRGIN or not. All you need to do is use a lubricant. Do you guys even know what lubricant is? All condoms should be lubricated but its always better to have more.
