I dpnt understand your post. You said you got a house. Does that mean you have already bought it or your still contemplating on buying it? If you bought the land in Badore before you did the search at alausa, then you committed a grave error and that's mistake number one in my books. Dont ever buy anylanded property without doing the search first whether it costs N5 or N500 billion.

Now that it is under government acquisition, it means, Govt is the owner of that land and you bought that land from an omo nile and no matter how they told you it is family land, they actually scammed you. I always tell you guys, dont believe any thing agents tell you about properties without doing the search. In fact 3/4 of the lands in Badore and Addo village are under government acquistion and these days omonile have perfected the art of re designing survey plans to exclude that plot from the original acquistion and it is until you carry the survey plan to Alausa that you would be told.

The implication of government acquistion is that your land is null and void and when government is interested in that land, it will come and acquire it free of charge or destroy it free of charge or be merciful with you and ask you to come and re purchase it from them at a higher premium in future that you dont know the time or date.

Before you can even do the C/O for that place, you would pay tripple and that's if they still allow you to do the C/O because it is government property and you cant perfect what you dont own.

My advise is to sell the place to someone that doesnt know what government acquistion is or refuses to do a research like you  and Zap asap unless your going to pay big time in future. Dont look at all the houses around there. One man's meat is another man's poision.

Next time use a lawyer for all your transanctions. Its far cheaper on the long run compared to this big mess

Cheers!
