Why Do Women Get Fat After Marriage?

I hope you know that when you are pregnant, you are supposed to eat healthy and gain weight and while you are breast feeding. After that you can lose all the weight you want, if not, you will have an unhealthy baby and might end up sick yourself. So think about it.

i think child bearing makes them gain weight and after giving birth; sliming down becomes a wahala. they get stuck with it.

some can't just help it.

i will oh because if me to get fat emm,  i will even get fatter and fater untill i will burst so i will and i will still eat healthy food

Why is that only in modern times it is seen as a problem? Before it was even bad for the woman to remain slim after she had gotten married because it meant that she was not being fed well in her husband's house. Now if the woman is fat after she gets married na wahala.
Anyway I still believe prevention is better than cure so:
1) donnot getting married to woman who is subjected to lots of fat in her body.
2) Make sure there's never a lot of food at home.
3) As soon as you get married give her a subscription to the nearest gym.
4) If she gets pregnant send her to a dietologist that will watch on her for the next 9 months.
6) When she delivers hire a personal trainer to get her back in shape.

If the woman doesn't bullsh!t you after the second point you'll always have a beautiful and gorgeous wife at home.

I think is a natural fact that a woman who wants to get pregnant, and not that she is thinking that, her body thinks it,  is putting on weight. But to say it in fact to put on weight does not mean to be fat! I am talking medically about 3-5 kilos. not more.

I think it also occur in the male (husband) too, it just rest of mind, spending the rest of your life with the one you love, not searching anymore, choosing the meal your prefer to eat, not your parent dictating everything anymore.
But think adding more weight after getting married is mostly common among the women.
is simply because of child bearing,

ah really don't know. I think they feel secured after signing that marriage certifcate. They are happy.

All women have different body types. Our bodies react to stress, childbirth, happiness etc in different ways.

Also we tend to pick up on our partners habit, if your partner is a healthy eater , you will strive to eat healthily but if he or she is not then you wont either.

Some women will always be on the big side while some will always be slim , regardless of what they have been through.

Personally I know I can loose weight but I have just been a bit lazy with exercising and dieting.
