Drug Manufacturing Venture (small Scale)

I have use of a building in one of the villages in Ogun State ( 1 hour from Lagos) for a commercial venture. The initial idea was to set up a cybercafe to service the needs of the local student community but exploits of the yahoo boys put paid to that idea, The other idea was to have a small scale tablet/ pill making factory to manufacture NAFDAC approved drugs like paracetamol, antibiotics etc, Does anyone out there know of initial costs and what modalities i need to be aware of, such as machinery sources, raw material sources.
