I call the "the first" in our recent U.S. history and government.

What is the name of the first female U.S Secretary of State? Who nominated her?

Who was the first black man to become the U.S. Secretary of Defense? Who nominated him, and why?

Who was the first black man to seat as an associate justice on the U.S. Supreme court? Who is his successor?

Who is the first Hispanic and female that will seat as an Associate justice of the U.S. Supreme court? Who is her predecessor?

Who is the first black man to become the U.S. Attorney General? Who nominated him?
