• Previous exposure to messaging system will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of GSM & GPRS System architecture
• Experience in working with a leading telecom service provider

• Track record of technical project implementations with inter
system interfaces, design and innovative solutions

Job Title: Core network Support Engineer
Qualification
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
degree
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Unix, SQL, Oracle, Sybase,
Internet Explorer/Netscape and IP Networking
• Skilled in hardware(Installation, Configuration and Integration)
on AXE 10nodes such as MSC,HLR,SCP
• Knowledge about operation and maintenance of 10 systems such as
AP40 & 10G
• Knowledge about implementation of software updates/upgrade on core
nodes with SMO tool (OSS script) will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of AXE 10 platform
• Good general knowledge within the telecommunications industry
• Excellent writing and reporting skills
• Good presentation skills
• Conversational communication in French will be an added advantage

Job Title: Charging Support Engineer
Qualification
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
degree
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Veritas(Clustered & File
System), SQL, Oracle, Sybase (Relational Database)
• Good System Administrator/Network Administrator
• Skilled in hardware(Installation, Configuration and Integration)
on Sun Servers
• Good background in SUN Solaris8.0/9.0/10 operating environment
• 4 years experience in a GSM Intelligent Network (IN) Environment 1
of which must be in a Database System Environment
