How To Connect Nokia Pc Suit On Vista With Nokia N73

How to connect nokia PC suit on vista with nokia N73-I need your help on how to connect my laptop nokia PC suit with my phone. I bought d cable together with the driver (small disc).I installed the driver. I connected d cable in the first place with d lappy and it found the cable, i was still on this with d set up that my laptop went off as a result of low battery and when i tried to reconnect it again to the laptop, it keeps saying 'USB Device Not Recognised -One of d Usb devices attached to ds computer has malfunctioned, & windows does not recognise it'. Kindly tell me what to do about this.
