Need Some Tips In Evidence Law

 Hi law students in Nairaland i need some tips about the admissibility of evidence of deceased persons as to the cause of their death. I mean in what conditions will dying declaration evidences be accepted in the Nigerian courts.

Go and watch Law movies like Justice and other films,

Decumentary will be better

Surf the net. Check search engines like Google, Ask, Mamma, etc.

As a law student, av not yet studied evidence law, my advice to u is meet a practicing lawyer and for such information, also, ask your fellow students and do some research urself. u will surprise what u will discover.
