Leaving Gonorrhea untreated is very dangerous. You've had the symptoms for a month. What symptoms are this? What if its not gonorrhea?
It is advocated that gonorrhea be treated with Ciprofloxacin (because of Resistance).
My only problem is that It could be Chlamydia infection you have and not gonorrhea.
Also it might be double infection. because a study done recently in a Teaching hospital in nigeria shows that there is a high incidence of co-infection between gonorrhea and chlamydia esp in women.
Why not go do a test. MCS (Microscopy, Culture and Sensitivity) so that the exact organism can be detected and the sensitive drugs can be outlined.
