Very to sorry to hear Molluma. I hope you were not hurt.

I have been robbed once. I was working at a store and two guys entered the store with guns. They starting threatening to shoot if we didn't give them the money in the safe. I wasn't scared or anything, just really numb. Everything moved in slow motion, but yet, at the same time, it appeared as though time was flying. To make a long story short, I opened the safe (the freakin manager was too scared to do it himself) and they took the money (only about 100 dollars) and left.

Another time I was out really late at night (around 2 a.m.) and I decided to stop by a friend's house and as I was about to reach the door, I saw 4 guys come around the corner and one of them had a gun. They stood for about 2 minutes in front of me (I guess trying to figure out what to do since I had seen them) and then they walked away. I wasn't scared there either. Luckily I was not robbed. Not like it mattered because I only had like 20 bucks on me.

Its a good thing I am not scared of death.  Cheesy

To be honest, I like the numb feeling. Its like being in another world. I hope you are okay financially. To lose an entire paycheck (2 weeks of work) is a big deal.

Talk to your boss about the possibility of the company using direct deposit so your money is automatically sent to the bank. And why are you not being paid with checks? Cash is really risky.

Lastly, I think it was kool you at least made an effort to fight off the robbers. Its times like those that you know people that have "fight" in them.  Grin
