Arise oh Africa!

Fallowed land of riches

Rouse up your spirit

Indefatigueable seed of hope

Come the sun is come

Africa my mother

*Short but rich in meaning!

*First two lines makes Africa gleam with confidence

*Lines 3 & 4 is a call to leap into the future to harvest

The friuts of time.

*The rising Sun is an everlasting reality that gives Mother

Africa endless hope to blossom.
