HOW DO WE COMBAT ILLITERACY AND CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF UNBAKED GRADUATE IN THIS COUNTRY< NIGERIA?

inadequate funding into the educational sector by government,making all the universities go in a downward spiral a faulty baking oven will only produce half baked bread,effects obviously ignorance is a byproduct,non exposure and remedies is upgrading universities,polytechnics,colleges of educations e.t.c secondary school ,primary schools and compulsory free education up untill secondary school level and bursaries for students and payment of tution fees by government and other student welfare package
